Interview Process: it's as easy as...

Interview Process Steps

Step One

Meet Wolverine on Campus: Check out our campus schedule and make sure you swing by our booth at your University's career fair. We will chat with you and request a copy of your resume. Don't see your school on the schedule? No problem! Apply to the Software or Trading Associate Internship positions posted on our website

Step Two

On Campus interview or Phone Screen: In most instances, we are on campus the day after the career fair conducting interviews. We'll schedule your interview when we meet you for the first time. If you can't make the interviews or we aren't on your campus, we will set up a phone screen. In both cases, you will be asked some technical questions as well as to provide an overview of academic and work history. This is a chance for you to come prepared with questions to ask your interviewer and gain as much knowledge as you can about Wolverine, the type of work we do, and what your potential role with us would entail.

Step Three

Come to Chicago for an Interview: Time to head to Downtown Chicago to interview with the Wolverine team! Your day will consist of meeting various members of the Wolverine team, as well as several technical and informational interviews. We'll also give you a chance to relax, dine in the Wolverine Kitchen, and take a tour around the office. The Wolverine Recruiting team strives to make the interview process as seamless as possible, so they will help coordinate your travel and lodging during the interview and get back to you with the company's employment decision as soon as possible. If you ever have a question during this process, be sure to reach out to the team!
